Maybe if they get sent to prison they can innovate some script currency system to that replaces the traditional cigarettes.

It is interesting how many organizations, caught in the middle, are striving to make whole the script holders.

Did you see the item in the Dayton Business News about the contractor who bought a truck for $20K with this pseudo currency?  Back in 02 I think.  I assume that&#039;s because many gift cards are (were?) sold for 10 to 20% off face value.</description>
