Just to pick one example. Let’s pick … Boston’s South East Expressway. It is about 8.3 miles long. About 200 thousand cars make the trip every day. Cars cost about 50 cents a mile for their owners. So we can just multiply to get the cost to owners of those trips. It’s $830 thousand per day, or $303 million a year.
